Stuart is the founder of McCallum & Company. He previously led the retail automotive practice at a top 25 accounting firm, which under his leadership grew nearly 300% to become one of the nation’s largest providers of dealership accounting and consulting services.

With almost two decades’ experience in buy-sell transactions and profit improvement consulting in the dealership space, Stuart has consulted on billions of dollars in transaction value. After the transaction close, Stuart has worked with some of the largest groups in the country with its integration policies and profit execution initiatives.

Stuart is a regular speaker at national conferences including the AICPA Dealership Conference, and contributes to many industry publications including Automotive News. Stuart is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers, in which he has analyzed over 1,400 rooftops for litigation support, gift and estate tax planning, and financial reporting.
