With nearly two decades of experience in the dealership sector, Stuart has advised on billions of dollars in buy‑sell transaction value, providing strategic guidance throughout the full lifecycle of acquisitions and divestitures. His work continues beyond the transaction, collaborating with some of the largest dealership groups in the country to strengthen integration processes, streamline operations, enhance operational performance, improve profitability, and navigate evolving market and regulatory environments. Stuart’s experience also spans investment banking functions, where he contributed to complex M&A analysis, transaction execution, and financial modeling within the dealership sector. 


Stuart is a recognized industry thought leader and has spoken at major national conferences, including NADA and the AICPA Dealership Conference, where he shares insights on valuation trends, operational strategies, and evolving market conditions. He also contributes to leading industry publications, including Automotive News, offering perspectives on dealership performance, valuation, and industry dynamics.


As an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers, Stuart has completed valuations for more than 1,400 dealership rooftops, supporting litigation matters, estate and gift tax planning, and financial reporting. His valuation expertise encompasses minority and controlling interests, intangible assets, succession planning, and transaction‑related analyses. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from DePaul University.

Brittany McCallum, CIA

Chief Operating Officer

Brittany is the Chief Operating Officer of McCallum & Company, bringing nearly two decades of combined experience in industry accounting, audit, and risk consulting.


She began her career in corporate accounting, supporting financial operations, strengthening internal

controls, and managing accounting processes. Most recently, Brittany served in the risk consulting practice of the nation’s 5th largest accounting firm, advising public and private organizations from family-owned companies to multibillion dollar enterprises. Her work included leading internal audit and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) programs, driving control remediation, developing enterprise risk management frameworks, and applying data analytics to identify control gaps and inefficiencies. She also supported clients through mergers and acquisitions by assessing readiness, identifying integration risks, and establishing scalable control environments during periods of rapid growth. Throughout her tenure, she worked closely with C suite leaders and audit committees to align strategic objectives with risk mitigation and operational improvement.


Brittany’s industry experience spans automotive, consumer products, manufacturing, technology, hospitality, and financial services. Across these sectors, she has helped organizations enhance operational efficiency, strengthen financial and control environments, and implement processes that support sustainable growth. Her ability to blend strategic insight with practical execution has made her a trusted advisor during both day-to-day operations and major organizational change. 

 

Brittany is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, and holds a Master of Science in Accounting from New England College.
